The ten-dollar-per-course tasting menu at Opus is a great deal, but will soon be a bit trickier to come by. Apparently chef Josef Centeno is focusing on retooling the (regular) menu; word on the street is that the tasting menu will be available via reservation only.
*Update: A call put in to Opus confirms that they are “phasing it out,” but that for the moment, you can ask for it when you make a rez. So get in while you fit in.
